Recent Projects
We recently refinished some maple floors at Fabricators Unlimited. Jerome refinished the entry outside of normal business hours so their office people could stay open. The kitchen showroom had previous life during an industrial era. The scars and oil do not sand out, but the character and history is unmatched.
Kensoks installed a textured Red Oak floor and steps with wire brushing to hide daily wear and tear while using a stain color to blend (but not match) the original woodwork in this house in North Fargo. F-M Flooring added vinyl tile in the foyer to provide a stylish, waterproof, durable entry. Patrick at Signature Improvements coordinated the entire project and add the updated railing. It was a combination of a good GC, good subs, and a good homeowner that added up to a great update and renovation.

Sport Court Flooring"I was all excited as our new addition on our house took shape. Then I looked for flooring and the fun ended. There was so much information from sales people and online that I couldn't figure out what to do. We were planning this addition to be a multi use room as it has a high ceiling with a basketball hoop, weights, and fitness equipment. I've seen hardwood in gymnasiums but I was amazed to find all the Sport Court Options: hardwood, rubber, vinyl, and even plastic.
